+Description of Problem:

+after installing the mono-1.1.12.1_0-installer.bin installer I tried to run
+monodoc an empty screen flashes up and then closes.
+
+Steps to reproduce the problem:
+install mono-1.1.12.1_0-installer.bin
+open a command shell and type monodoc
+ 
+
+Actual Results:
+
+Bookmark Manager init
+Index nonexistent or in bad format
+
+Unhandled Exception: System.Exception: Couldn't find html renderer!
