+Description of Problem:
+I've added a self-signed root certificate to the machin Trust store, and
+tested a connection to a remote server with tlstest and the connection fail
+with this code : -2146762490.
+it's mean CERT_E_PURPOSE 0x800B0106 error : A certificate is being used for
+a purpose that is not supported.
+When i've search sources to find this error code i was surprised to see you
+check in booth client handshake and server handshake the ability of
+certificate to be a valid server side certificate.

+Actual Results:
+My "invalid server side certificate" :S generate an error for client handshake.
+Expected Results:
+it doesn't.
