+For reference to whoever decides to take this on:  it would have saved
+me a lot of debugging time if it had simply said something like:
+
+Loader:  Failed to locate assembly System.Net.NetworkInformation. 
+Aborting.

+A ClassNotFound exception would be preferable though if it's possible. :-)
