+I'm attaching a patch which enables System.Web.MimeTypes to
+read the mapping from an Apache-like MIME file from
+several locations (machine config dir and env var MONO_ASPNET_MIMEFILE).

+The latter could be set by mod_mono to point to apache's mime.type.
