+Steps to reproduce the problem: 
+1. download nunit 2.2.3 from www.nunit.org  
+2. run nunit-gui.exe 
+3. click file->open 
+4. select nunit.framework.tests.dll 
+ 
+Actual Results: 
+an "Assembly not loaded" titled dialog is displayed 
+ 
+Expected Results: 
+should load without complaint as on MS.NET 
+ 
+How often does this happen?  
+ 
+ 
+Additional Information: 
+I can't read the text in the error dialog, filed a separate bug for that.
