Enumeration values should be able to refer to other enumeration values
within the same obsolete enumeration.

This works with CSC.EXE and still fails with mcs:

	using System;
	using System.Runtime.InteropServices;

	[Obsolete ("Use Errno", true)]
	public enum Error {
		EROFS,
		ERANGE,
		EANOTHER = ERANGE,
	}

	class Test {
		public static void Main ()
		{
		}
	}
