+Description of Problem:
+While a datetimepicker object can be easily added to a WinForm, selecting
+the picker produces a dropdown, but it has nothing in.
+
+Steps to reproduce the problem:
+1. Compile and run the attached test case

+Actual Results:
+The correct date is shown, but selecting the drop down blanks the date and
+fails to show anything inside of the dropdown
+
+Expected Results:
+The date demains and the month/time selector is available
+
