+Description of Problem:
+When setting up an application which is to be minimized upon startup, the 
+application is displayed on the desktop.
+
+Steps to reproduce the problem:
+1. Code a windowed application which is required to be minimized upon 
+startup.
+2. Compile and execute the application
+3. Watch the horror! :P
+
+Actual Results:
+The application shows up on the desk top, when it should be minimized
+
+Expected Results:
+It should be minimized
+
