+Description of Problem:
+The menus and other controls in System.Windows.Forms (Winforms) have the 
+same look and feel as the menus from windows 9x-2k. If the application is 
+running on windows XP, this makes the application a visual eye-sore. 
+
+
+Steps to reproduce the problem:
+1. Create any simple application with a menu using WinFormsTargeting      
+the Microsoft Windows XP platform. 
+2. Compile and run the program
+3. Invoke the menu, and note how ugly it is... ;)
+
+Actual Results:
+The menu is out of style, and doesn't match the windows XP Luna theme
+
+Expected Results:
+The menu should match the whatever theme the computer currently uses
+
+How often does this happen? 
+Everytime.
+
