+Description of Problem:
+When I try to run a program compiled with mcs.
+
+Steps to reproduce the problem:
+1. Create and compile a program with mcs (I used 1.1 version over Mandrake
+Cooker)
+2. Run it over a PocketPC. MS VC# .Net Compiler makes executables that runs
+over this machine so I think that it has to be something about mono.
+
+Actual Results:
+System shows something like a clock saying that it is working or something
+but it is impossible to run it.
+
+Expected Results:
+Running the program obviously :).
+
+How often does this happen? 
+Always.
+
+Additional Information:
