 Ok, after a reboot it's possible to launch dashboard for a few times
 (1, 2). However, once the SIGILL error is there on startup it starts
 no more. 
 Same goes for monodevelop. Once dashboard SIGILLs, it's not possible
 to launch MD, SIGILL on startup too.
