+I updated my cygwin to the latest and greatest. Configure passes now.

+
+Running make hangs in mono/monoburg:
+$ make
+
+Making all in monoburg
+...
+make[3]: Entering directory `/home/logic/tmp/monoinstall/mono-
+1.1.1/mono/monoburg'
+./monoburg ./sample.brg > sample.c

+And there it stays, with monoburg eating nearly 100% cpu and never
