+Decimal.Parse ("0.523456789012345467890123456789",
+CultureInfo.InvariantCulture);
+Decimal.Parse ("0.0000000000000000000000000000001",
+CultureInfo.InvariantCulture);
+Decimal.Parse ("0.49214206543486529434634231456",
+CultureInfo.InvariantCulture);

+Actual Results:
+System.OverflowException : Number overflow.
+

+No exception (numbers are valid).

+The bug may be in the runtime as the Decimal class is partly unmanaged.
