+Description of Problem:
+Cannot upload contributions. When I try to upload any contributions,
+monodoc 0.15 says that it is "Checking Server Version" and stops there.
+Using ethereal I see that no packets are sent. Sometimes, however, it gets
+past this point and starts uploading. Watching http traffic, I see that all
+my contributions are uploaded but the transaction is never finished
+correctly. Lately, the second scenario doesn't happen at all.
