 There seems to be a problem with GAC implementation on Win platform.
 It seems to be unable to reach the required dll trough the *.lnk
 files. If I copied all dll-s from the mono\lib\mono\gac\**\*.dll to
 the mono\lib\mono\ the mcs started working...
