+It should work without that variable. It specifies that the
+xmlserializer must not use runtime-generated serializers. It is
+crashing when it tries to compile the serializer.

+What I find strange is that by default wsdl.exe should not use

+The other issue is why it is crashing when trying to compile the
+generated serializer. One possible reason is that it can't find mcs. I
+noticed in your last comment that you compile using the full path to
+mcs: '/usr/bin/mcs ...' . Does it work if you simply use 'mcs ...'?
