+Gacutil will soon become a tool we use on a day to day basis.
+
+Hence, we will likely need to give it some loving:

+Command line handling in gacutil needs to be revisited (currently
+it has hardcoded locations in a few places), made more
+robust, handle Unix/Windows options:

+/option, -option, --option (yes, all three)
+
+Move man page into a separate place.
+Make the -help output more consistent.
