+This problem is most likely due to a misconfiguration of the system.
+I've seen this happen when the system has an entry in /etc/hosts
+setting that <machine-name> = 127.0.0.1. Since the tcp channel uses
+DNS to determine the IP of the machine (there isn't any other way of
+doing this), it ends up with 127.0.0.1.
