 Sergio: you could try to solve your issues with gdb and get at least a
 backtrace. Try also with a 2.4 kernel, though I don't think that

+Changed my distro. I'm using Debian Sarge now. The bug has gone.
+I'm getting other SIGILLS though. I will report more if I manage to
+get a useful backtrace and testcase.
