+Description of Problem:
+When trying to install package: "cairo-0.1.23-2.ximian.6.1.i386.rpm" I 
+get a "Package Not Found" error-> Unlocatable package libpixman >= 
+0.1.1   Required by cairo.
+
+The package that is included and that was installed appears to be version 
+0.1.0  instead of the required version 0.1.1 required by cairo.
+
+Steps to reproduce the problem:
+1. install libpixman-0.1.0-1.ximian.6.2.i386.rpm
+2. install libpixman-develop-0.1.0-1.ximian.6.2.i386.rpm
+3. install cairo-0.1.23-2.ximian.6.1.i386.rpm
+
+Actual Results:
+"Package Not Found" error-> Unlocatable package libpixman >= 0.1.1   
+Required by cairo.
+
+
+Expected Results:
+Package should install on version 0.1.0
+
+How often does this happen? 
+Every time
