[Mono-bugs] Cygwin error

Hello, I'm From Mèxico, I have Instalaled mono .29 and Cygwin, But when I 
try to run               mono-build-w32.sh, I get this error:

mono-build-w32.sh:39: Sintax Error : Bad Substitution.
