+I've created a new test file. Try changing the culture section in the 
+machine.config file to pl-PL and commenting out the entire 
+globalization section in the web.config or copy CultureTest.aspx to 
+the test folder. Try to run CultureTest.aspx. If pl-PL shows up for 
+you then it means I must have something wrong with my ICU 
+configuration or threads since on my computer it shows up as en-US/
