 I can't reproduce the problem with current CVS. A bug about chunked
 streams was fixed on Feb 12th, maybe that was the problem because axis
 is using chunked encoding in the response. Can you try again with
 today's snapshot? Thanks.

+ugh, today's snapshot has a bug in HttpWebRequest that makes
+everithinhg crash. Please, wait for tomorrow's snapshot (20040218).
