+It's for debugging and should either go to temp directory or not show up in
+end user's installation. It may crashes with different windows security
+policy or directory Read/Write rights assignment.

+Do you still see this problem with 0.30 ? If yes, which programs 
+produce a gc.log file ? Is it all programs, or just programs which
+crashed etc ?
