+Steps to reproduce the problem:
+download the official release tarball for monodoc 0.10 (same with 0.9) and
+unpack it.
+cd monodoc-0.10/browser/web; xsp
+start the browser and open localhost:8080
+
+Actual Results:
+right frame load fine
+left frame is just white

+Expected Results:
+both frames working and showing

+Additional Information:
+the ptree directory is missing in the release tarball (browser/web/ptree)
+in the CVS though it says that both releases 0.9 and 0.10 have that
+directory, but those are _not_ in the tarball

+of course this bug maks the browser component unusable
