In Monodoc (browser), section "C# Language Specification" -> 10.7 (Scopes),
it only appears one item, 10.7.1, but there should be two more items,
10.7.1.1.xml and 10.7.1.2.xml, which aren't displayed.
They aren't either in the sources/ecma334.zip , but are part of the ecma
specification.
