[Mono-bugs] Bug fix help - Microsoft .NET

I'm looking for assistance implementing a bug fix in Microsoft's .NET

The bug is the same as described in the following Mono-Bug archive: (# =
43349)

We are in a Windows environment - not Mono or Unix
(Microsoft .NET)

We have a PocketPc application that communicates via JSP code to a SQL =
Server database on a Windows 2000 Server.

I'm looking for someone that can provide this fix to .NET
and can guide us through it's implementation.
