+DataGrid.SortCommand Event is not raised when linklbutton in the  header 
+of DataGrid was clicked.
+Steps to reproduce the problem:
+1. Open the attached aspx
+2. Click on the link in the header of the DataGrid.
+
+Actual Results:
+The DataGrid wasn't changed.
+
+Expected Results:
+The DataGrid should be sorted.
+
+How often does this happen? 
+Always.
