+1. mcs compile helloworld.cs
+2. compile failed
+3. There is a messagebox "  ** Error **: file icall.c: line 3145 
+(ves_icall_System_CurrentTimezone_GetTimeZoneData): assertion failed: 
+(err)
+aborting... "
+
+4. Then mcs print: 
+    This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an 
+unusual way. 
+    Please contact the application's support team for more information.
