+This is a metabug to summerize all bugs that are preventing us from passing
+the Rotor test suite. All bugs that block this should be marked as such in
+Bugzilla.

+Much of this will depend on work in MCS, mini, and ildasm, however the
+largest amount of work will be in corlib.
