+Description of Problem:

+Attempting to run my mono built test programs produced the following 
+errors: .\libxslt.dll + .\libxml2.dll "the specified module could not be 
+found". This is for the Mono 0.25 download. Sure enough I could not find 
+such libraries under the Mono installation directory.
