 An update: my patch is not perfect yet. Although all of Paolo's
 patches are in, my patch still needs some tunining since it breaks the
 build in Mono.Security. I am working on this.

+Fixed in CVS. I have also gotten rid of the FIXED_MCS_45127 workaround.
