 That's NOTABUG, your testcase is incorrect.
 At line 136 in the first testcase and at line 106 in the second
 testcase, the #endregion is not on a line by itself; ie. you're
 missing a newline in front of it.

+csc compiles those files ok. mcs should do the same.
