+
+Steps to reproduce the problem:
+1. cvs -q -z3 update -dP
+
+Actual Results:
+too many ? entries showing
+

+no ? entries showing
+
+How often does this happen? 
+after building, always.
+
+Additional Information:
+can be avoided simply by adding entries in .cvsignore files
