 Can you please provide additional information, what monobasepath.bat 
 does contain in your case? The path is generated dynamically at setup 
 time.

+Ahh. I didn't read carefully. Never run anything in the winwrapper 
+directory. The content is copied to the windows directory at 
+installation time and modiefied. Just type "mcs" anywhere at the 
+command prompt. I'll close the bug.
