TargetMilestone: ---
Summary: Problems Building mono on Windows
Can not build mono on windows using the mono-build-w32.sh due to build
errors. Most likely a cause of the cygwin setup. The mono-build-w32.sh
needs to be updated to reflect current cygwin and mono.
Some suggestions for resolving the build errors include:
1. removing pkg.m4 from /usr/share/aclocal
   and pkg-config.exe from /bin
(this was the pkg-config installed by cygwin)
This may solve the duplicate macros or pkg-config problem.
The build script installs an older pkg-config.
2. downgrading mingw to 1.3 and win32api to 1.4.1
3. including certain packages...
4. excluding certain packages...
I think (not sure) including certain packages will cause cygwin to
automatically install the latest mingw and win32api.
Other errors include:
1. fail at pedump extracting exported symbol list from `cygintl-2.dll'
2. fail at 4 or 5 errors saying undefined reference to
__gc_unordered_compare when compling mint
