Yes, it does. But without more  information about your setup I'm far
off being able to help you.

Are  you using  auto  configuration of  mod mono's  applications? Is
"/Test" configured as application root?

Have you tried running xsp on your project root? Something like:

/usr/bin/mono --debug /usr/lib/mono/4.5/xsp4.exe --address 127.0.0.1 --nonstop --verbose --applications /Test:<your_project_root>

You may want to change xsp4.exe  and it's path to somethin that fits
your needs.
 
Head up to http://127.0.0.1:8080/Test and see what's going on.
