[Mono-aspnet-list] Mono not working

Just checked ans see that both paths excist:

\var\www\mydomain.com\web\testing\
/var/www/clients/client1/mydomain.com/web/testing

And the same content is in both folders, but is the path where it is
refering to correct?
Access to the path "/\var\www\mydomain.com\web\testing\" is denied.

Or am I looking in the wrong corner and is the problem something completely
different?
