[Mono-aspnet-list] Very new to mono. A few questions to start out with.

If you can choose, go with nginx + fastcgi-mono-server instead of apache.
Although YMMV, especially depending on how loaded is the server.
Xsp is really simple and it's perfect for testing, but it's not meant for
production use.
Do yourself a favour and use a version of mono which is >3.0.
