[Mono-aspnet-list] fastcgi-mono-server4 does not answer nor log anything and timeout

I installed 3.2.8 version using precompiled packages of mono and fastcgi.
No problem at all.
Mono JIT compiler version 3.2.8 (Debian 3.2.8+dfsg-4~dhx1+precise1)
Copyright (C) 2002-2014 Novell, Inc, Xamarin Inc and Contributors.
LLVM: supported, not enabled.
~$ fastcgi-mono-server4 --version
