[Mono-aspnet-list] compile Masterpage's masterpage

You can try to use "xbuild" ( as I mentioned before) to build it in mono

Suggest to use mono 3.2.8, as xbuild of this version is good 

If you have coped whole project from windowns to linux, go to your project
folder ( where bin folder is )
run xbuild
