[Mono-aspnet-list] compile Masterpage's masterpage

The other issue is with mono 3.

According to Debian, the version that we are currently running (2.10.8) is
the latest stable version.

Since this would be going into a production environment, something that our
company's entire web presence relies on, running a version that is not
considered stable, is not high on my list of things I want to do. That would
mean that there is no good reason to even test mono 3 out to see if resolves
the issue.

So, is there a way to have Apache recompile the entire thing on file change
and have that compile NOT go stale, forcing a re-compile?
