[Mono-aspnet-list] Very weird issue with Asp.Net pages (mint, apache2, mod_mono, mono3)

after much investigation and trial/error work i found out the problem: it is
a bug in mono's parser.

it was caused by a conditional html comment containing a script tag placed
in the body. i did some research on this issue and it is long known, except
the reports i found suffer from compilation errors, while nowadays the code
compiles just fine but output comes out butchered.

i'm not sure if i should even submit a bug report or not since the original
issue is still open
