[Mono-aspnet-list] compile Masterpage's masterpage

Sadly, Debian's and Xamarin's release schedules mismatch here in a bad
way. Xamarin has ceased support for 2.10 while Debian was not in a
position to pick up newer versions. Recently packaging work on the
Debian side picked up and the 3.2.8 from experimental is actually quite
recent and stable. I'm using a trivial backport/recompile on stable to
run all my sites with good success.
