[Mono-aspnet-list] XSP stable version

I suggest you use master if you are on a development server, tag 3.0.11 if
on production.
The main difference between 3.0.11 and master, beside some performance
improvements,
is the addition of mono-fpm (think php-fpm, but for asp.net).
