[Mono-aspnet-list] CSS Syntax Highlighting

I've been trying to wrap my head around at the stupidity of a lack of CSS
high-lighting support in MonoDevelop especially within the ASP .NET
features.. but besides that I've been battling how to get it somehow enabled
in MonoDevelop to make my life easier. I found this

But it isn't very helpful. I can't seem to find any path regarding
Mono.TextEditor anywhere or any of it's assemblies. Am I missing something?
Do I have to manually install that somehow? It's like the instructions are
leaving a lot out.
