[Mono-aspnet-list] nginx + multiple fastcgi-mono-server4 instance => WebResource.axd 404 error

For the moment we will be using nginx with upstream load balancing based on
ip-hash.

This makes all the requests from a certain user to be handled by the same
instance of the application. It's good enough for now but in the future we
will need to fix it somehow.
