[Mono-aspnet-list] Error Starting ASP.NET MVC 4 App on mod-mono-server4

I'm trying to run an ASP.NET MVC4 app on mod mono. Every time I try to run
the app, though, I get this:

Can anyone help me figure out what is causing this?
