[Mono-aspnet-list] Status of ASP.NET MVC 4 in Mono

One thing I forgot to mention is that Mono has its own implementation of
Microsoft.Web.Infrastructure. Ensure that you do *not* put this assembly in
your bin directory, so your app uses Mono's version instead of Microsoft's.
All other MVC 4 assemblies should be fine in the bin directory.
