[Mono-aspnet-list] Error: Could not load file or assembly 'mod-mono-server4

I'm trying to get my MVC4 app running on Ubuntu 13.04. I'm using mono.3.0.6. 

I'm just getting a directory listing when I navigate to my site url in my
browser, right now.

So when I run the command mod-mono-server4 I get the following error.

Message is Could not load file or assembly 'mod-mono-server4,
Version=3.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, publicKeyToken=0738eb9f132ed756' or one of
its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified. 

how do I install this assembly? I've already run sudo apt-get install
mono-apache-server4
